One of the BEST things you can do when it comes to transforming your body is taking a bit of time to track your calories.

Now before you groan and roll your eyes because this is nothing new or sexy, hear me out…

Food/calorie tracking will give you just about every answer that you need when it comes to what you need to do to lose fat and gain muscle.

If you were to track your calories for a minimum of 7 days (this includes a weekend), it’s one of the biggest eye-openers you’ll have with your eating because you’ll see pretty quickly, what is really happening vs. what you THINK is happening.

This is one step that we have EVERY new RTC members do long before we prescribe what kind of diet or plan they need to be one because we need to know what you’re doing so we understand what we need to fix.

There are many apps you can use to track calories, but one of the most popular ones out there is MyFitnessPal, so we shot you a few quick videos on how to use MFP answering some questions that you may have when starting or setting it up.
