Everyone is genuinely different when it comes to eating for their health or transformational goals, and because of that, we are not married to any nutritional philosophy.

Meaning, we don’t preach that Keto solves all problems, or Vegetarian is the way to go, or that you’re supposed to eat meat or not eat meat, do intermittent fasting, carb backloading, no carbs at night… you get the idea.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

First, we have to see what you are currently doing/eating or not eating because for us to know what we need to fix, we need to see what you’re doing now.

Next, we want to learn WHY ARE YOU DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING, that is something that MANY people miss.

Why are you eating the way you’re eating, when you may already know what you’re doing isn’t the best thing for your body? Why are you binge eating at night? Why do you have sugar cravings? Why is it when you get home you pound down a box of cereal vs eating healthier options? That is something that we take into consideration.

Once we review what your eating does look like, why you’re doing it, then we come up with a plan to get you from where you are to where you want to go.

From there, we meet/chat each week. Review what you’re eating, how you’re feeling, how your progress is going, and give feedback on any suggested changes that need to be made. If changes need to be made, we advise and explain the WHY’s behind the changes; we feel that once you understand the whys behind the nutrition world, it makes the change much easier.

AM I REQUIRED TO BUY AN SUPPLEMENTS?2021-06-14T12:07:05+00:00

No. If we do see that you’re deficient in something we will make a recommendation but there is no requirement for supplements for this program.

IF I HAVE ‘X’ DISEASE/CONDITION, CAN YOU HELP?2021-06-14T12:07:05+00:00

We don’t do MNT (medical nutrition therapy), which means using nutrition to treat diseases or conditions such as Crohn’s, cancer, liver disease, or diabetes, to name a few. We refer you to a professional in that field if you fall into that category; we know our lane and stay in it.

HOW ARE THE MEETINGS CONDUCTED?2021-06-14T12:07:05+00:00

In-person, Zoom, or phone call if need be. Typically Zoom is the easiest for scheduling purposes.

$150/month 4x30min meetings.  No contracts.

Again, plans are different per person. Some people need to focus on one meal at a time, while others have specific problems they want to solve, and some want an entire lifestyle change. Hard to say what we would have you do until we learn more about what we are working with.

We CAN prescribe meal plans, but it’s on a case by case basis, so we need to learn more about you. I can say right now that you have ever bought or followed a meal plan and that hasn’t worked, then us giving you one may not be your best answer, so we may present other options first.
