First, we have to see what you are currently doing/eating or not eating because for us to know what we need to fix, we need to see what you’re doing now.
Next, we want to learn WHY ARE YOU DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING, that is something that MANY people miss.
Why are you eating the way you’re eating, when you may already know what you’re doing isn’t the best thing for your body? Why are you binge eating at night? Why do you have sugar cravings? Why is it when you get home you pound down a box of cereal vs eating healthier options? That is something that we take into consideration.
Once we review what your eating does look like, why you’re doing it, then we come up with a plan to get you from where you are to where you want to go.
From there, we meet/chat each week. Review what you’re eating, how you’re feeling, how your progress is going, and give feedback on any suggested changes that need to be made. If changes need to be made, we advise and explain the WHY’s behind the changes; we feel that once you understand the whys behind the nutrition world, it makes the change much easier.
