The RTC Workout System: Strength, Reps, Sweat—and Honest Effort

RTC Workout System

At RTC, we’ve spent the last 10 years building a workout system that delivers real results for people who want to look and feel better than they did in their 20s.

We don’t guess. We don’t wing it.
We follow a tested system built on three core principles:

✅ Strength
✅ Repetition
✅ Sweat

Each week (minus recovery weeks), you’ll hit each of these areas in your training. Let’s break them down:

1. Strength – Build Real Power

We’re not just talking about 1-rep maxes.
We train strength in multiple rep ranges (3, 5, 6), across various movement patterns to avoid plateaus and prevent overuse injuries.

📌 Example:

  • Week 1: Incline Bench Press for a 6RM

  • Week 2: Pause Bench Press for 6RM

  • Week 3: Close-Grip Bench for 6RM

You’ll always know your previous number—and your job is to beat it.
We track everything because progress matters.

“No one ever complains about being too strong.”

Strength isn’t just for aesthetics. It makes life easier—and can even save lives. From lifting loved ones to handling emergencies, it’s your insurance policy for life.

2. Reps – Make Muscles Pop

Once your strength work is done, we shift to high-rep sets that build muscle shape and pump blood into the muscle for growth and recovery.

🌀 Rep ranges: 12–30 (sometimes more)
🔥 Methods: Slower tempos, pauses, and mind-muscle connection

📌 Example Repetition Sets:

  • Glutes: Hip Thrusts x 30 reps

  • Triceps: Dumbbell Kickbacks x 20

  • Chest: Max-Rep Push-Ups

  • Inner Thighs: Banded Sumo Squats x 20

These movements give you that tight, athletic, lean look—and they’re great for joint health and recovery too.

3. Sweat – Burn Fat & Push Capacity

We don’t call it cardio.
We call it your sweat sesh—and it’s where the magic happens.

You’ll cycle through conditioning formats like EMOMs, circuits, and intervals designed to keep your heart rate in the 85–88% sweet spot using heart rate monitors.

📌 Example Sweat 1 (EMOM – 4 Rounds):

  • Min 1: 15 cals bike

  • Min 2: 15 Pull-ups

  • Min 3: 15 KB Swings

  • Min 4: Rest

📌 Example Sweat 2 (60:15 x 3 Rounds):

  • DB Lunges + Front Raise

  • Sit-Up to OH Press

  • RDL to Row + Upright Row

  • Plank + Curl/Press/Tricep Extensions

📌 Example Sweat 3:
100 Cal Bike
—Every minute, stop and do 3 Devil’s Press

Each one leaves you sweaty, spent, and satisfied—knowing you worked.

The RTC Secret: Honest Effort

Let’s get real. You can’t just show up and go through the motions.

The people who transform at RTC?
They push themselves. They try.
They dig deep when the reps get hard. They put in honest effort.

“If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you.”

That’s why our coaches are here—to make sure you show up with intensity, get better week after week, and never settle for average.

What Makes RTC Different?

We don’t throw together random workouts.

We teach you:
✔️ How to train for your goals
✔️ How to work around your body
✔️ How to push without injury
✔️ How to build a stronger, leaner, more capable YOU

Half the time you’ll get all three methods in one workout.
Sometimes it’s two. Occasionally it’s just one.
But the structure never changes—because the system works.

Final Word

Want to transform your body?
Track your lifts. Train with intention. Sweat with purpose.

But above all else—put in honest effort.

That’s what separates average from amazing.
And that’s how we help you become the strongest version of yourself.
